Charlotte Testing is out-of-network. We provide superbills so that you can submit claims to your insurance. The standard out-of-network fee for evaluation is $200/hour for the initial session, testing administration, scoring, interpretation, written summary, feedback session, and consultation with your pertinent professionals and significant others. A comprehensive assessment usually totals between 12-16 billable hours.
A one-time testing administrative fee of $250 is charged for all psychological testing cases. This is non-refundable if testing is administered and it cannot be billed to insurance. We charge this fee, along with the other few practices in town that accept insurance for a full range of psychological testing services. This fee covers the significant costs associated with testing that aren’t covered by insurance.
Unfortunately, most insurance companies will not pay for educational evaluations, ADHD evaluations, or court-ordered evaluations.
